Vice President, Human Resources
Jeff joined IDEX in 2012 and is currently the vice president of human resources for IDEX Operations. In this role, Jeff is the business partner for the chief operating officer and has human resources responsibilities for all IDEX business units around the world.
He and his team are focused on building a human capital strategy that develops leaders and high-performing teams that will allow them to scale with the enterprise. Since joining IDEX, Jeff has played a leadership role in the evolution of the IDEX Academy, coaching and developing leaders aligned with the IDEX values of Trust, Team and Excellence, and he has helped build a simplified approach to talent management and organizational reviews. In addition, Jeff was the co-lead on a process to get feedback from all employees to redesign the IDEX values.
Previously, Jeff led human resources for the international division of Dunkin Brands, Inc. from 2011 to 2012. While at Dunkin, he partnered with the CEO to build a comprehensive new organizational structure to support growth. Prior to that he held several HR leadership roles at Accretive Health, Inc., Bank of America and General Electric. He began his career at General Electric in 2001 as part of the GE Human Resources Leadership Program.
Jeff is actively involved in the HR community. He is currently on the alumni board of directors for Michigan State University’s School of Human Resources and Labor Relations, and he is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC). He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in human resources and labor relations from Michigan State University. He resides in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife Andrea and their two children. In his free time, Jeff enjoys watching the kids participate in gymnastics, lacrosse, soccer and football.
