IDEX managers have been trained to serve as coaches to continue to foster a culture that is committed to the growth of all employees. When people join IDEX, they are challenged through a variety of experiences, growing their skills and careers. Close to 40 percent of our employees have been with the company for ten years or more.

We have also worked diligently to build the IDEX Academy, our leadership training and development program. From courses for first-time supervisors to our intense, year-long general management leadership program, through the IDEX Academy we are investing heavily in our current and future leaders.
