Our goal at IDEX is to build great teams, which starts with great individuals. Every year we select a few accomplished individuals at our partner schools to join our IDEX Development Programs.
Program qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. from accredited college

Summer Assignments
Summer Assignments
Over the course of the summer, members complete an important project for their assigned business unit. At the end of the summer, members will participate in professional development and present their ideas and results to leadership, followed by a graduation ceremony in which everyone celebrates the achievement. Successful participants may be invited back as a member of the full time rotational cohort.

Full-Time Rotation
Full-Time Rotation
IDEX’s 2-year rotational platform allows members to experience intense professional growth and establish meaningful relationships. During the 2 years, you’ll rotate through two of our businesses, each one being a one year immersion experience, and have the option of a 6-month exploratory project. Assignments are both strategic and collaborative, involving the participant, functional sponsor, collegiate program, and local business leadership.
