Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Andrew K. Silvernail, 40, joined IDEX in January 2009 as Vice President and Group Executive, Health & Science Technologies. He previously served as Group President at Rexnord Industries. Prior to Rexnord Industries, he progressed through a series of increasingly responsible roles at Newell Rubbermaid and Danaher Corporation. He began his career at Fidelity investments.
Heath A. Mitts1
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mitts, 40, joined IDEX in September 2005. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of PerkinElmer’s Asia operations, based out of Singapore. Prior to PerkinElmer, Mitts held positions of increasing responsibility with Honeywell Aerospace’s Business and General Aviation division.
Garin L. Bergman
Chief Compliance Officer
Bergman, 37, joined IDEX in June, 2011. Prior to joining IDEX, Garin was the Director of Corporate Compliance at Dover Corporation, a $7 billion global industrial manufacturing company. Prior to Dover, he held various audit roles for Ingersoll Rand and KPMG.
Gerald (Jerry) F. Carter
Vice President, Tax and International Finance
Carter, 46 was appointed to his current position in April 2006, having served as Director of Worldwide Tax and Assistant Treasurer since April 2005. Prior to joining IDEX, Carter served as Director of Worldwide Tax and Assistant Treasurer for BorgWarner Inc. Prior to BorgWarner, he was Vice President of Tax with Jones Lang LaSalle. He began his career in public accounting with KPMG.
Kevin G. Hostetler1
Vice President & Group Executive - Fluid Metering Technologies and IDEX Asia
Hostetler, 42, joined IDEX in July 2005 as President of the Liquid Controls Group. Prior to IDEX, Kevin spent seven years at Ingersoll Rand, where he progressed through a series of increasingly responsible operating roles. Prior to Ingersoll-Rand, Kevin held positions of increasing responsibility with a manufacturing and operations consulting firm, Parent, Randolph, Orlando, Carey & Associates, as well as operations leadership roles for Comfort Designs-Furniture Manufacturers, Inc. and Acton Technologies. He began his career with the National Security Agency (NSA).
Peter K. Johansson
VP Corporate Strategy & Planning
Johansson, 47, joined IDEX in April 2011. Prior to joining IDEX, he served as a Vice President, Marketing and Business Development with ITT Analytics, a unit of ITT Corporation. Prior to ITT, Johansson served as a Vice President, Strategy & Business Development for the Trane Commercial Systems and WABCO Vehicle Controls groups of American Standard. Prior to American Standard, Peter progressed through a series of increasingly responsible marketing, business development and product management positions with Honeywell Aerospace. He began his career with Parker Hannifin as design and project engineer.
Divakar (Dave) Kamath
Chief Information Officer
Kamath, 60, joined IDEX in January of 2004. Prior to joining IDEX, Kamath was the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at IMC Global Inc., (now merged with Cargill and renamed Mosaic), a global fertilizer manufacturer with annual revenues over $2 billion. Before IMC Global, he served as the VP-Information Services at Sun Source Industrial Services Company and VP-Materials/Logistics Planning at one of its major subsidiaries after having progressed through increasingly responsible operational positions. Dave has a Masters Degree in Systems and Industrial Engineering and a BS degree in Chemical Engineering.
Mark H. Kohler
Vice President Continuous Improvement
Kohler, 53, joined IDEX in April of 2011. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Jones Stephens Corporation. Prior to Jones Stephens, he was Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Snap-on Tools. Prior to Snap-on Tools Mark progressed through a series of increasingly responsible operating positions with Rexnord Industries, TRW and Johnson Controls. He began his career with Rockwell International Automotive Group.

Vice President, Human Resources
Morgan, 53, joined IDEX in June 2008. Prior to IDEX he worked for Bally Total Fitness Corporation where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to Bally Fitness he served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Bally Entertainment/Manufacturing and as Director of Labor and Employee Relations at Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
Frank J. Notaro1
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Notaro, 46, joined IDEX in March 1998. Before that he was a partner in the law firm of Hodgson Russ LLP advising public and private companies on a broad range of legal and business issues, including securities law and federal tax matters, and acquisition, divestiture, financing and other commercial transactions. Notaro has a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Buffalo. Bar Admissions: 1989, New York; 1991, District of Columbia; 1998, Illinois.
Daniel J. Salliotte1
Vice President, Mergers and Acquisition and Treasurer
Salliotte, 44, joined IDEX in October 2004 from his most recent position as a Vice President with Oxford Investment Group, a private equity firm. Prior to the Oxford Investment Group, Salliotte served as a Group Vice President, Business Development for the fluid and material handling group with SPX Corporation.
Rob Stoppek
Vice President Supply Chain/Procurement
Stoppek, 40, joined IDEX in August of 2010 from Sauer-Danfoss with dual responsibilities as Managing Director for a hydraulic business segment predominately serving off-highway mobile market within Europe and as Global Director for Supply Chain and Operational Excellence. He held other key senior leadership roles at Sauer-Danfoss in Operations, R&D and Product Engineering.
Michael J. Yates1
Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer
Yates, 45, joined IDEX in October 2005. Prior to joining IDEX, Mike spent 18 years in public accounting with KPMG and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. During his public accounting career he provided audit services to multinational manufacturing and technology clients, including such clients as Motorola, AM General Corporation, SPSS, Cabot Microelectronics and CCC Information Services.
